MWCA is a community of thirty six condominium homes located within walking distance of the Sunbury Crab Company restaurant, the beautiful Medway River with other onsite amenities including a pool and private dock.

Community

We're a community family and residents often gather in groups to meet and enjoy discussion and activities of mutual interest. A community cookout is often scheduled once a year.
